Yesterday I took an appointment from Assistant Commissioner (HR/COORD) for one of AMAL Academy’s project (Reaching HR Professional for practice Equip & Real), and he accepts my request for giving his time today. 

Such a nice Personality, & he was very happy after meeting us, and even they gave us more than one hour from his busy schedule. He was a very kind-hearted and helpful person. He was also a recruiter and we gained knowledge from them about the recruiting process. He gave us beneficial tips for an interview; how to make our interview more attractive and gave positive feedback. He told us that recruiter wants the candidate should have mature behavior. He also said dressing is the first thing that attracts the recruiter before your communication so it should be natural as well as looking professional with neat and clean costumes. He described as a universal truth about “Fate” is something that makes you from nothing to everything.

He preferred some of his Experienced skills during the interview these are:-

1. Reason oriented answer of the applicant.
2. Degree mattered with some experience.
3. Good eye-contact.
4. Take a copy of the resume or CV.
5. The CV must be having a linear reflection of the applicant.

He told that the recruiter wants that candidate should have mature behavior. He also said dressing is the first thing that attracts the recruiter before your communication so it should be professional and looks natural. He described as a universal truth fate is something that makes you from nothing to everything. Consequently, we all learned very helpful material and beneficial for the interview. I also send him Thank you Email. His personality was friendly, gentle in behavior, and having effective communication skills. In conclusion, he is good at relations and gave us positive feedback.
